It looks like a seaside village after the rain, complete with a bridge to get there from somewhere hidden beyond the image’s edge. The turbulent clouds in the blue sky should sport a rainbow. Instead, the rainbow is revealed within the greens, yellows, reds, and purples and oranges of the landscape below. It’s rich and opulent.
