Late night in the harbor is a colorful experience, complete with yellow and brown poles that are old wharves or weirs, and a boardwalk alongside a row of pink, gray and turquoise city rowhomes or factories. It looks like a huge rainbow-colored boat is moored at the dock in the turquoise sea. Or is it some sort of a reflection of city life and dwellings?
